• For non-Malaysian passport holder, Tourism Tax at MYR 10.00 per room per night applies.
• Check-in time: 15:00 hours on the day of arrival.
• Check-out time: 12:00 hours on the day of departure.
• Delegates who wish to occupy their Guest Room before 15:00 hours must reserve the Guest Room for a night prior to the arrival date.
• Delegates who check out after the official Check-out time of 1200 hours shall be charged for additional night under the Daily Room Rate.
• All Guest Room reservations shall be guaranteed by delegate’s credit card at the time of booking. The hotel will charge one room night to the credit card provided which is not refundable.
• Delegates who cancel their Guest Rooms or fail to Check-in to the Hotel for any of the dates of the Room Block after 24 January 2025 shall be charged the Daily Room Rate for each room night of the unused Guest Rooms during the Room Block period(s). Early departure will be charged for the duration as originally reserved.

• Room rates quoted above are inclusive one (01) daily buffet breakfast for single while two (02) daily buffet breakfasts for double in the Mosaic Restaurant, Lobby Level.
• Request for extra beds (not inclusive of buffet breakfast) is chargeable at MYR105.00+ (MYR111.30nett) are subject to availability upon receipt of confirmation.
• Room rates quoted are inclusive of wireless internet access however it is not accessible in meeting venues.
• All rooms assigned are based on Run of House Deluxe Room category (request for king or twin beds, smoking or non-smoking rooms are subject to availability).
• Hotel room drop is chargeable at MYR15.00+ (MYR15.90nett) per drop per room basis while porterage is chargeable at MYR10.00+(MYR10.60nett) per piece of luggage for arrival and departure for group.
• For non-Malaysian passport holder, Tourism Tax at MYR 10.00 per room per night applies. Tourism Tax will be collected upon check-in at the hotel from all delegates.
• Standard check-in time is from 15:00hrs onwards. Therefore, room availability for any early arrival in the morning is strictly subject to availability.
• Delegates are advised to pre-block room a day before to ensure room is ready upon arrival. Please be that advised one (01) night full charge is applicable for pre-block request.
• Standard check-out time is by 1200hrs. Late check-out between 1200-1800hrs is chargeable at 50% of room rate. After 1800hrs will be at one (01) full night charge of room rate.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with full deposit, by delegate’s individual credit card covering the entire stay period with any major credit cards. For credit card guarantee, the Hotel required written information to include the name of the cardholder as it appears on the card, the card number, card expiry date and authorization by the card holder. Guaranteed reservations will be held until noon on the following day of the confirmed arrival date.
• The Hotel would require individual guest to give notice of cancellation at least seven (07) days prior to first arrival days advance notice in writing to avoid any cancellation penalty. Any cancellations made after fourteen (14) days, the Hotel will automatically charge the entire duration of stay and automatically charged to the individual guest’s credit card.
• Any amendment to shorten the period of stay, the Hotel would require individual delegate on to give notice of seven (07) days’ notice to avoid any cancellation charge for the nights not taken. Any amendment made after seven (07) days; the entire duration of stay will be charged accordingly.
• Any no show on the scheduled date of arrival, the Hotel will automatically charge the entire duration of stay and the room(s) will be released for general sale.
